Groundwater Recharge
Being a well driller has taught me a lot about water scarcity in our area. We must ensure we are taking advantage of recharge opportunities such as recent floods while keeping the farmers bottom line in mind.
When elected I will prioritize groundwater recharge projects.
SGMA
While no farmer agrees with the heavy handed SGMA mandates, we must do our best to comply to keep local control.
I will be an active voice for farmers and will fight to keep LID under local control.
Future of Farming for our District
The future of farming for Kings and Fresno county is heavily dependent on a healthy water supply.
I will work to ensure future generations will be able to continue to farm their land.
